Workspace Management
Workspaces are the central hub for your Supademo content, members, and settings. All accounts have at least one workspace, but Growth and Enterprise accounts can have more than one.
Team members can be assigned to multiple workspaces, and each workspace is its own world—housing its own folders, subfolders, Superdemos, and Showcases, separate from the rest.
This section covers the most common workspace-related changes and how to request them.
Can I merge workspaces?
Yes — but this can’t be done in-app just yet. Our team can help merge workspaces for you.
To request a workspace merge:
Email [email protected]
Include:
The email address of the workspace you want to keep
The email address of the workspace you want to merge into it
Ownership requirements
You must be the owner of the workspace being merged.
If the workspace belongs to a departed user, you’ll need to email us from the same company domain as that user (e.g.,
@yourcompany.com) so we can verify ownership.
