# Track Analytics by Lead or Account

Use lead and account-level analytics to understand how individual viewers and companies / accounts engage with your Supademos over time, identify high-intent activity, and follow up with more context.

### Why use lead and account analytics?

Instead of relying on demo-specific analytics, lead and account analytics help you get answers to broader questions like:

* What has this specific lead viewed across all Supademos?
* Which demos has this account engaged with?
* Who else from the same company has interacted with our content?
* Which demos are driving interest across an opportunity?

This is especially useful for sales, marketing, and customer success teams managing multi-stakeholder journeys.

### How to view lead or account analytics

#### 1. Open the Analytics page

Start from the Supademo analytics screen. From here, you can now track analytics for a specific viewer or account across their entire viewing journey.

#### 2. Review recent viewer and account activity

On the Analytics page, use the **Recent Viewer** and **Recent Account** cards to quickly preview recent people and companies interacting with your Supademos.

These cards give you a fast way to identify active leads and accounts without searching through individual demos.

#### 3. Select a unique viewer or account

To dive deeper, click the viewer or account row you’d like to analyze. This opens a detailed view of their engagement history.

#### 4. Analyze a specific viewer’s journey

When you select a viewer, Supademo opens a sidebar showing all demos that viewer has interacted with.

From this sidebar, you can:

* Filter activity by date
* Search for specific demos
* Click into a particular demo
* Review high-level engagement insights

This helps you understand what an individual lead has viewed, what they may be interested in, and how they’ve engaged across multiple Supademos.

#### 5. View account-level engagement

To see other viewers from the same company, click **Go to Account** at the top of the viewer sidebar. This opens the account modal.

#### 6. Review all leads from an account

In the account modal, you can see all leads from that company that have interacted with your Supademo content. This helps you understand engagement across the broader account, not just a single person.

For example, you may see that:

* A champion viewed a product overview
* A technical evaluator explored a sandbox
* A decision-maker engaged with a pricing or ROI-focused demo

Instead of treating these as separate interactions, account analytics helps you see how interest is spreading across the company.

### Common use cases

* **Multi-thread sales opportunities:** Sales teams can identify other engaged stakeholders from the same account and follow up with more relevant context.
* **Account-based marketing:** Marketing teams can see which accounts are engaging with demo content and use that signal to prioritize campaigns or handoffs.
* **Customer expansion and onboarding:** Customer success teams can track whether different users from the same company are engaging with onboarding, training, or expansion-related demos.
