# Share Multiple Demos

How to share multiple Supademo demos in one link or in-app hub — Showcases, Demo Hubs, Route Hubs, and folders compared, with setup steps for each.

Supademo gives you four ways to bundle multiple demos into a single shareable destination: a [**Showcase**](https://docs.supademo.com/share/multi-demo-sharing/showcase-collection) (a curated gallery behind one link), a [**Demo Hub**](https://docs.supademo.com/share/multi-demo-sharing/demo-hub) (an embeddable in-app widget with a launcher), a [**Route Hub**](https://docs.supademo.com/share/route-hub) (a branching journey that routes each visitor to the right content), and **folder sharing** (a lightweight public folder). Use them to build demo libraries, sales deal rooms, customer resource centers, and in-app help — without sending five separate links.

## Which multi-demo format should I use?

| Format | One-line definition | Best for | Plan |
| ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------- | --------- |
| Showcase | Curated collection of demos, videos, PDFs, and links behind one link or embed | Deal rooms, feature galleries, onboarding curricula | Scale+ |
| Demo Hub | In-app widget: a launcher icon opens a categorized drawer of demos | Persistent in-app guidance and self-serve help | All plans |
| Route Hub | Smart intake form routes each visitor to a tailored resource path | One link that personalizes itself per audience | Growth+ |
| [Folder sharing](https://docs.supademo.com/share/multi-demo-sharing/folder-sharing) | Public link to a folder of demos | Quick internal libraries and simple lists | Scale+ |

A single demo answers one question; a Showcase presents a story you curated; a Route Hub asks who the visitor is and routes them; a Demo Hub lives inside your product for whenever users need it.

## How do I create a Showcase (one link for many demos)?

1. Go to **Showcases** in your dashboard and click **Create Showcase**.
2. Add content — demos, videos, PDFs, and external links — and drag to arrange sections.
3. Pick a layout: **Gallery**, **Sidebar**, or **Checklist**.
4. Share the Showcase link, or embed the whole collection on a page.

Showcases track viewer sessions across every item, so you can see which demo in the collection actually converts — see Showcase analytics. Full setup detail: [Showcase Collections](https://docs.supademo.com/share/multi-demo-sharing/showcase-collection).

## How do I add a Demo Hub to my app?

A Demo Hub is a JavaScript widget you install once; it renders a launcher that opens a drawer of your demos, organized into up to 10 categories.

1. Go to **Demo Hubs**, create a hub, and add demos into categories.
2. Customize the appearance and set your allowed domains.
3. Open the hub's **Install** page and copy the pre-filled script — it includes your hub's ID, with ready-made snippets for HTML, React, Angular, Vue, and Svelte.
4. Optionally use the Install page's trigger snippets to open and close the hub from your own buttons instead of the default launcher.

CSP guidance for Enterprise environments and the full install walkthrough are in the [Demo Hub guide](https://docs.supademo.com/share/multi-demo-sharing/demo-hub).

## When should I use a Route Hub instead?

A Route Hub starts with a short intake form ("What brings you here?") and routes each visitor to a tailored path of demos, videos, and documents — one link that behaves differently for a buyer, an admin, or a developer. Routing logic, journey analytics, and lead intent are tracked per session. You can also convert an existing Showcase into a Route Hub. See the [Route Hub guide](https://docs.supademo.com/share/route-hub).

## Common setups

* **Sales deal room:** a Showcase with your demos, a pricing PDF, and a call-booking link — one URL per deal, tracked per viewer. Pair with [lead capture](https://docs.supademo.com/capture-leads) if it's shared beyond your champion.
* **Customer resource center:** a Route Hub that routes by role, or a public Showcase linked from your help center.
* **In-app onboarding library:** a Demo Hub with categories per feature area, replacing disruptive forced product tours.
* **Conference or field kit:** an [offline demo](https://docs.supademo.com/share/offline-demos) set for no-wifi environments, plus a Showcase link for follow-up.

## FAQ

### How do I share multiple demos in one link?

Create a Supademo Showcase: add your demos (plus videos, PDFs, and links), pick a layout, and share the single Showcase URL. Viewers browse everything from one page, and you see analytics per item.

### What's the difference between a Showcase and a Demo Hub?

A Showcase is a standalone page you share or embed — you curate the order and story. A Demo Hub is a widget inside your application — users open it themselves whenever they need guidance.

### Can I track who viewed which demo in a collection?

Yes. Showcases, Demo Hubs, and Route Hubs all report per-session analytics, including which items were opened and how far viewers got. Route Hubs additionally record lead intent per journey.

### Can I mix videos and PDFs with demos?

Yes. Showcases support demos, videos, PDFs, and external links as first-class content, and analytics cover all of them.
