What is folder sharing?
Folder Sharing allows you to share an entire folder of Supademos—including any nested subfolders—in just a few clicks. Think of it as your own interactive Demo Center, where viewers can explore content at their own pace.
Ideal for sales, customer success, or product marketing teams who want to streamline access to multiple demos or tutorials.
Similar to Showcase Collections, Demo Hubs, or Demo Centers, folder sharing is a fast and effective way to:
Centralized Demo Discovery: Create one destination for buyers to explore different features, use cases, or verticals—making evaluation simpler and faster.
Self-Paced Learning: Let users browse through onboarding modules or training flows in a way that’s intuitive and relevant to them.
Better Organization: Share a structured set of demos without building a Showcase, especially when you’re working with multiple subfolders or categories.
How to share a folder
Navigate to the folder you want to share within your Supademo dashboard.
Click on "Share" in the top-right corner.
Enable Public Access to make the folder viewable via a public link.
Copy the shareable link.
