# Self-Paced Onboarding

How to build self-paced onboarding in Supademo: checklist Showcases of interactive demos, knowledge-check forms, and SCORM exports for your LMS.

Self-paced onboarding lets new customers or new hires learn key workflows by clicking through interactive demos on their own schedule, instead of waiting for a live session or skimming a manual. ## How to build it in Supademo

1. Break the curriculum into single-task demos with [guided screenshot or video demos](/create/by-demo-type/guided-screenshot-and-video-demos.md); record process explanations as screen and webcam recordings, which are free and unlimited in 4K.
2. Assemble the path as a Showcase in checklist layout, so learners see ordered stages and completion progress. Mix in videos, PDFs, and links where a demo is not the right medium.

4. Add [form chapter](https://docs.supademo.com/customize/chapters/forms-and-lead-capture)s as knowledge checks and to identify each learner, so completion in analytics maps to a person, not an anonymous session.
5. For formal training programs, export each demo to SCORM and upload to your LMS; the LMS owns enrollment and completion records while the content stays interactive. Generate the SOP export as the written take-home reference.

### Can I upload an interactive demo to my LMS?
