Branding

Customize your workspace branding with logos, favicons, watermarks, and share page buttons to create a consistent, professional experience across all your Supademos.

Watermark

The watermark is a small overlay that appears in the bottom-right corner of published Supademos.

It is especially helpful for HTML and Sandbox demos, where there may not be other buttons or calls to action on the page. You can use the watermark as a simple way to guide viewers to another page, website, or resource.

By default, free workspaces include a Made with Supademo watermark. This watermark cannot be removed on the free plan or during a trial. Watermark customization and removal are available on paid plans by workspace Administrators.

How to customize your watermark

  1. Go to Settings > Workspace Settings > Branding.

  2. Find the Watermark section.

  3. Turn the watermark on using the Enable toggle.

  4. Upload a logo.

  5. Add the text you want to show next to the logo.

    For example: Made with Supademo

  6. Add the link viewers should open when they click the watermark.

  7. Use the preview to check how the watermark will look.

  8. Save your changes.

  9. Turn the watermark off if you do not want it to appear on published content.

Even if you plan to disable the watermark, we recommend customizing it with your own logo, text, and link first.

That way, if the watermark is enabled later, it will already show your branding instead of the default Supademo branding.

Your default logo is used across Supademo content pages and chapter forms.

For screenshot-based Supademos, this logo appears in the top-left corner of the page. By default, it appears on a white background unless the page background has been customized.

For HTML or Sandbox demos, the default logo only appears when Full Width Share Page is turned off for that demo.

  1. Go to Settings > Workspace Settings > Branding.

  2. Find the Upload Logo section.

  3. Click Upload.

  4. Select the logo you want to use.

  5. Check the Preview section to see how the logo will appear.

  6. Save your changes.

Where the logo appears

Your default logo can appear on:

  • Content pages

  • Chapter forms

  • Screenshot-based Supademos recorded in guided screenshot mode

For HTML and Sandbox demos, the logo will not appear when Full Width Share Page is turned on.

Use a logo that is easy to read on a light background.

If your logo is very wide, very small, or uses light colors, preview it before saving to make sure it is clear.

Favicon

Your favicon is the small icon that appears in the browser tab for public Supademo content pages.

Adding a custom favicon helps make shared Supademo pages feel more consistent with your brand.

How to upload your favicon

  1. Go to Settings > Workspace Settings > Branding.

  2. Find the Favicon section.

  3. Click Upload.

  4. Select the favicon you want to use.

  5. Check the Preview section to see how the favicon will appear in a browser tab.

  6. Save your changes.

Use a simple square icon, similar to the favicon used on your website. We recommend using a 32x32px or 64x64px PNG file.

For best results, avoid detailed images or small text, since favicons appear very small in the browser tab.

Share Page Button

The share page button appears in the top-right corner of supported Supademo share pages.

You can use this button as a call to action, or CTA, that sends viewers to a specific next step.

For example, you can link the button to:

  • Book a demo

  • Start a free trial

  • Upgrade now

  • Get more help

  • Contact support

  • View related resources

The best CTA depends on the purpose of your demo. A sales demo may link to a booking page, while a support demo may link to a help article or contact form.

How to customize your share page button

  1. Go to Settings > Workspace Settings > Branding.

  2. Find the Share Page Button section.

  3. Add the button text.

The button text can be up to 50 characters.

  4. Add the link viewers should open when they click the button.

  5. Choose the button colors.

You can customize the background color and text color.

  6. Check the Preview section to see how the button will appear.

  7. Save your changes.

  • Flexible CTAs — Guide viewers to the right next step with a custom share page button.

  • Workspace-wide settings — Set branding once and apply it to all Supademos automatically.
