Enterprise billing

Enterprise billing works in a way where you are allocated a specific set of creators/admins for the entire account. However, on enterprise plans, you can have multiple workspaces — each with it's own set of billing admins, admins, creators, and viewers.

Since you can add multiple workspaces, Supademo will calculate only unique users for calculating the number creators and/or admins across the account. For example:

  • If john@google.com is a Creator across 4 workspaces and a Viewer in 1 workspace, this would use 1 Creator license from your allocation

  • If sarah@microsoft.com is a Viewer across 5 workspaces, this would use 0 Creator licenses from your allocation

  • If jack@google.com is a Creator in 1 workspace, this would use 1 Creator license from your allocation
