# Enterprise administration

Supademo gives enterprise admins full control to manage access, data, and permissions at scale. Here's a quick walkthrough of how you can:

* Create and manage workspaces
* View available/used licenses
* Invite team members to your plan
* Edit permissions for users

### Centralized admin controls

Easily manage users, roles, and workspaces from a single dashboard.

* [Invite and remove](/workspace-settings/enterprise/enterprise-workspaces/add-or-approve-new-team-members.md) users with one click
* Assign [roles and permissions](/workspace-settings/enterprise/enterprise-workspaces/roles-and-permissions.md) for better control
* Manage multiple teams and departments with dedicated [workspaces](/workspace-settings/enterprise/enterprise-workspaces/create-multiple-workspaces.md)

### Advanced access & security settings

Keep your data and users secure with enterprise-grade options.

* Enforce [**SSO & SAML login**](/workspace-settings/enterprise/enterprise-workspaces/sso-and-saml.md) for all users
* Set **custom data retention policies**
* Control access at the workspace or project level

### Audit logs & activity tracking

Get full visibility into user activity across your organization.

* Track who created, edited, or shared demos
* Monitor login and usage history
* Export logs for compliance and reporting

### Enterprise billing

Enterprise billing works in a way where you are allocated a specific set of creators/admins for the entire account. However, on enterprise plans, you can have multiple workspaces — each with it's own set of billing admins, admins, creators, and viewers.

Since you can add multiple workspaces, Supademo will calculate only **unique users for calculating the number creators and/or admins** across the account. For example:

* If <john@google.com> is a Creator across 4 workspaces and a Viewer in 1 workspace, this would use **1 Creator license** from your allocation
* If <sarah@microsoft.com> is a Viewer across 5 workspaces, this would use **0 Creator licenses** from your allocation
* If <jack@google.com> is a Creator in 1 workspace, this would use **1 Creator license** from your allocation
