Invite Members

Invite one user — or multiple users separated by a comma — to your workspace in just a few clicks.

What is Invite Members?

Invite Members is a workspace invite feature that lets you bring people onto your team quickly, either by email or through a shareable invite link.

Invite a single person or drop in several email addresses at once, assign each member a role so they get the right level of access from day one, and send it all off in seconds — no back-and-forth required.

How to Invite by Email

  1. Open your workspace controls — click the Settings button.

  2. Select Invite members to begin adding people.

  3. Enter the email address of each person you want to invite. Adding a few people? Invite them all at once by separating each email with a comma (e.g., teammate@company.com, finance@company.com).

  4. Choose a role to set each member's access level, so everyone gets the right permissions from the start.

  5. Click Send invite — the invitation lands in their inbox instantly.

💡 Tip: Separate multiple email addresses with commas to invite your whole team in a single step.

Prefer to onboard a group fast? Share a single invite link instead of sending separate invitations via email.

  1. Pick the role anyone who joins through the link will receive. Set it once, and it applies to everyone who uses the link.

  2. Click Copy to grab the invite link and share it anywhere — Slack, email, or wherever your team already hangs out.

  3. Click Refresh anytime to generate a brand-new link and instantly deactivate the old one.

  4. Confirm with Reset link — the previous link stops working immediately, keeping access secure.

  5. Copy your fresh link and share workspace access in an instant.

💡 Tip: Refresh the invite link whenever you want to cut off old access and control exactly who can get in.

Benefits

  • Invite in bulk — Add multiple users at once by separating emails with a comma.

  • Two ways to invite — Choose email invitations or a shareable link, whatever fits your team.

  • Role-based access — Assign a role during invite so members get the right permissions from day one.

  • Instant delivery — Email invites reach the inbox immediately, with no back-and-forth.

  • Secure by design — Refresh the invite link anytime to retire old access instantly.

  • Faster onboarding — Get your whole team into the workspace in just a few clicks.

Use Cases

Onboarding a New Team

Bringing several people on at once? Drop all their emails into a single invite, assign roles, and get everyone into the workspace together — no need to send invitations one at a time.

Scaling Quickly

Growing fast? Share one invite link across Slack or email so new members can join themselves, all landing with the role you set in advance.

Managing Access by Role

Give each person exactly the access they need. Assign roles at the point of invite so viewers, creators, and admins all start with the right permissions.

Keeping Access Secure

Need to lock things down? Refresh the invite link to instantly deactivate the old one, so only the people you want can still join.

The Result: A growing team that's onboarded in seconds — invite by email or link, set the right roles up front, and stay in full control of who can get in.
