# Pronunciation Dictionary

### **What is the Custom Pronunciation Dictionary?**

The Custom Pronunciation Dictionary lets you **define how AI voiceovers pronounce specific words** across all your Supademos. This is especially useful for product names, acronyms, technical terms, and branded language that AI voices might mispronounce by default.

Set it once at the workspace level, and every voiceover will use your custom pronunciations automatically.

### **How to Add Custom Pronunciations**

1. Click the **Settings** button in the left-hand menu.
2. Click on the **Terminology** tab.
3. Click **Add term** to create a new pronunciation rule.
4. Enter the **word** you want to customize.
5. Type out **how you want the word to be pronounced phonetically**.
6. Click **Preview** to hear exactly how AI voices will pronounce the term.
7. Click **Save** when you're happy with the pronunciation.

> 💡 **Tip:** You can view and manage all your custom pronunciations from the Terminology tab at any time.

### **How to Edit Existing Pronunciations**

1. Navigate to **Settings** → **Terminology**.
2. Find the word you want to update.
3. Click the **Edit** button.
4. Adjust the phonetic spelling as needed.
5. Preview and **Save** your changes.
