# Tags

As your Supademo library grows, finding the right demo shouldn't slow you down.

With **Tags & Filters**, workspace members can tag demos and showcases by use case, persona, feature, stage, or team—then filter your library in seconds to surface exactly what they need.

This makes it easy for sales, marketing, support, and onboarding teams to stay aligned and reuse the right demos at the right time.

## Add a tag to a Supademo or Showcase

1. From the left sidebar, click on **Supademos** or **Showcases**, depending on which type of content you want to tag.
2. Find the Supademo or Showcase you want to tag, and click the **menu** (three-dot icon) on that item.
3. From the menu, click **Manage tags**.
4. In the tag picker, choose an existing tag from the list, or start typing to search for or create a new one.
5. If the tag you typed doesn't already exist, click **Create new tag: "\[your tag name]"** to add it to the workspace.

Once created, the tag is available workspace-wide — anyone in your workspace can apply it to other content or filter by it.

## Filter content by tag

1. From the Supademos or Showcases view, click the **Filters** button at the top of the list.
2. In the filter dropdown, click the **checkbox** next to any tag to filter your view to only content with that tag.
3. To remove a filter, click the checkbox again to uncheck it.

Apply multiple tag filters at once to narrow your view further (e.g. show only demos tagged both "Sales" and "Enterprise").

## Manage tags at the workspace level

For bulk tag management — renaming, deleting, or reviewing all tags in use across your workspace — go to **Settings → Tags** under the Content Structure section. From there, you can manage your full tag library in one place.

Benefits of tagging include:

* **Find demos faster:** Filter your library by tags to quickly locate relevant demos and showcases
* **Stay organized at scale:** Keep large demo libraries clean and searchable without rigid folder structures
* **Align across teams:** Use shared tags to standardize how demos are categorized across sales, marketing, and support
* **Reduce duplication:** Avoid recreating demos by making existing ones easy to discover {% endhint %}
