Desktop App Uploads
While native desktop recording is not yet supported, you can create a Supademo of a desktop application by taking screenshots and bulk uploading them onto Supademo.
Tips for taking screenshots
- On Mac devices, take a screenshot of the specific application window or press
'Command', 'Shift' and '3' keys(all at the same time) to capture the entire screen. - On Windows devices, take a screenshot of the specific application window or press the
Windows key + Print Screenkey to capture the entire screen.
Step-by-step interactive demo
1. Start off by clicking on "Create demo".
2. Next, click on "Create from uploads".
3. Afterwards, click on "Upload images" and choose the ones you want to upload.
4. Great. Now double click on any spot to add your hotspots.
5. Then click on "Edit" to change the text within the annotation, or keep it blank.
6. Add your content here!
7. Click on "Save" when done!
8. Repeat this process for every screenshot upload.
9. Optionally use the Media Library to add screens from previous Supademos.
