You can easily change the role of an individual member within your workspace or transfer their license to another team member using the Members tab.
Examples include:
Changing a Viewer into a Creator;
Switching the Admin for a workspace from User A to User B;
Reassigning a Creator license to another user;
Reassigning a license from one user to another;

If you have admin access
Find the user you want to update
Under the Role column, click the dropdown and select the new role (e.g., Admin, Creator, Viewer)
To remove someone entirely, click the three dots to the right of their name and select Remove from Workspace
If the admin has left and no one else has admin access
If the departing user was your company’s only admin and no one else can change roles:
Be sure to write to us from your corporate email address
Include:
The email address of the former admin
The email address of the new admin you’d like us to assign
