The HubSpot Integration allows you to automatically collect and sync viewer and engagement data from Supademo, helping you capture, identify, and act on your most engaged leads. This integration makes it easier for you to track user interactions and enrich your lead profiles directly within HubSpot.

How to sync data between Supademo and HubSpot:

  1. Set Up HubSpot Integration: Start by heading to the Integrations page in your Supademo dashboard to enable the HubSpot integration.

  2. Set Up Viewer Tracking with Email Lead Capture: Use Supademo’s Chapters feature to capture email leads from viewers. This is crucial for tracking engagement by email.

  3. Track Viewers via Trackable Links: Alternatively, you can track viewers by appending their email to a trackable share link. For instance, you can append ?v_email={{email}} to the end of your Supademo share URL, where {{email}} is the recipient's email address.

  4. Sync Data to HubSpot: When the viewer enters their email through the lead capture form or interacts with a Supademo containing an email variable, their information is automatically synced with HubSpot. - If the lead or account associated with the email already exists in HubSpot, an activity log will be added to their profile. - If the lead doesn’t already exist, Supademo will create a new lead in HubSpot with the viewer’s activity logged.

  5. Review Engagement Metrics in HubSpot You can review detailed engagement metrics—such as completion rates, session data, and interactions—directly in the viewer's HubSpot profile. This data helps you identify highly engaged leads and assess the effectiveness of your demos.
